Kye® Return Policies

 

    Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:  We hope you have enjoyed shopping on-line and that you love your Kye® pieces as much as we do. Once you place an order on-line, it cannot be cancelled. Returns are only accepted on items purchased through this website.

    We pride ourselves in customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your web-site purchase, you may return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered regular-priced merchandise in its original packaging (with bags, hang tags and hangers) within 14 days of the date you receive your package for credit to your original payment method or for exchange, less any shipping charges. Upon receipt of returned goods, Kye Power Inc. reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. See detailed return and exchange procedures below. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    No returns will be accepted on sale items; they may only be exchanged. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of your receipt date will be returned to you. If you do not accept the item returned to you, you will be charged a restocking fee of 50% of the item value plus shipping charges.


    Note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping. We do not accept COD. On the off chance that an item is defective or we made an error such as sending the wrong piece, we will refund return shipping costs (for the most economical shipping method). If you are making an exchange because you change your mind, or would like a different color, size or style, you will be charged shipping for your exchange.

    Detailed Procedures for Returns and Exchanges:

    You must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA:

    1. Go to your Customer Account Home Page
    2. View Previous Orders
    3. Select Order Details (for the order which contains the item to be returned)
    4. At the bottom of the page you will see a link requesting a RMA
    5. Select the item(s) to be returned along with a reason.
    6. This process generates an e-mail to us. Upon review for compliance with our return policy, we will issue an RMA.
    7. You will be given your RMA and shipping instructions by e-mail and through the order details page.
    8. Please remember to include the RMA number on top of your package and ship it to:
